Privacy by minimization

Maxpat is designed to ask only for information needed to compare relocation options.

What the free assessment uses

Broad planning inputs such as household type, income range, income source, savings range, moving timeline and an optional first name used to personalize the session and report. The free evaluation does not require your Social Security number, passport number, bank credentials or exact home address.

Session data

Assessment answers may be stored temporarily in your browser session so you can continue through the experience. If you use the interim support form, the report URL, optional email and message you submit are stored privately for support review. Future paid reports may require an email address and transaction reference to deliver and validate access.

Analytics

We intend to use privacy-conscious usage analytics to improve the service. We will not intentionally sell assessment data as a consumer profile.

Questions and deletion

Privacy and deletion requests will be handled through Maxpat Support. The Hesk support desk will replace the interim support form before paid checkout is activated.
