Digital report policy

Maxpat plans are personalized digital products intended for immediate delivery after purchase. Once a personalized report has been generated or accessed, purchases are normally non-refundable.

We will review duplicate charges, technical failures that prevent delivery, and material errors in a delivered report. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply under relevant law.

Before checkout is activated, the final payment flow and wording will be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which Maxpat sells.
